As stipulated by the Directorate General of Taxes based on Stipulation Letter from the Director General of Taxes Number S-113/PBM/PJ/2022 dated February 22, 2022 regarding the determination of PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas as Stamp Duty Collector effective March 1, 2022, it is hereby notified that PT Customers BRI Danareksa Sekuritas will be charged a stamp duty on securities transaction documents on the Stock Exchange with the following conditions:

• For each securities account that conducts stock transactions, a trade confirmation document issued with a total transaction value of shares per day (Gross) above IDR 10,000,000.00 will be subject to a stamp duty of IDR 10,000.00 (a stamp duty will be listed in the trade confirmation document).
  
• For stock transactions on the Primary Market (IPO), the confirmation form for the allotment of securities with a value of more than IDR 5,000,000.00 will be subject to a stamp duty of IDR 10,000.00
