Guide for how to Reset Password/Pin via BRIGHTS
- Open the BRIGHTS application
- Select the Login menu
- Select the Forget Password/PIN menu
- Enter the registered User ID and Email
- Check the Password / PIN box
- Click Submit
- Click the reset password/pin link received via email
- Check your Email again for the Temporary Password / Pin that was sent
- Login to BRIGHTS and change your Password and PIN
