Guide for how to Reset Password/Pin via BRIGHTS

1. Open the BRIGHTS application
   
2. Select the Login menu
   
3. Select the Forget Password/PIN menu
   
4. Enter the registered User ID and Email
   
5. Check the Password / PIN box
   
6. Click Submit
   
7. Click the reset password/pin link received via email
   
8. Check your Email again for the Temporary Password / Pin that was sent
   
9. Login to BRIGHTS and change your Password and PIN
